We're sorry to inform you that Apple has removed FotoFill AI from the App Store without any prior notice. We've taken all the necessary (but very limited) steps available to us to handle this situation.
This is a shame and goes against fair business practices: they wiped out 2 years of development with a single click and an automated email, banned our account so we don't receive any payments, and worst of all, our users can't request refunds through Apple—even though they're holding our revenues. Due to legal restrictions, we can only process refunds through the original purchase channel, so please be patient as we wait for Apple's final decision.
Apple claims we cheated their review process and changed features after app approval, which is simply
not true. We use A/B testing solutions that all successful apps use—it's standard business practice. We show different onboarding experiences to users and present our packages on different paywalls, like any modern app developer. However, we never applied stricter content filtering or disabled features, contrary to their statements.
